Built Around the Event
A Smarter HoneyBook Alternative for Event Professionals
HoneyBook Essentials is $59 a month billed monthly, or $49 billed annually. Zenvents360 Standard is $49 billed monthly, and it adds the side of an event business HoneyBook does not cover: crew scheduling, equipment inventory, contractors and travel pricing.

Why Event Professionals Are Making the Switch
Built specifically for event pros who need more power and better value
Crew, Gear and Travel
HoneyBook automation is good. What it does not have is crew scheduling, equipment inventory, a contractor roster or travel pricing, and Zenvents360 does.
Vendor Management
The other vendors on an event get their own portal, and your vendor and venue records come from a shared database.
The Honest Price Comparison
Billed monthly, HoneyBook Essentials is $59 and Zenvents360 Standard is $49 with three users included. Billed annually, theirs is $49 and ours is $490 a year.
Features That Set Zenvents360 Apart
Equipment Inventory
Multi-warehouse inventory with bin locations, and a conflict warning on the proposal when gear is already booked.
Passwordless Client Portal
Clients open one link to see their proposal, sign, pay and plan. No account and no app to download.
Vendor Portal
A separate portal for the other vendors on an event, with forms assigned to them and access to the timeline.
Lead Ghosting Detection
Analytics surface leads going cold before you lose them, so a quiet pipeline is something you see rather than something you discover.
Turn-Key Templates
A starter workflow package, contract and timeline to adapt, so you are not building from an empty account.
What HoneyBook Added in 2026
HoneyBook has had a busy year, and it deserves saying plainly. As of October 2026 it has floor plans, a business phone number with two-way texting, a unified inbox, native galleries, Tap to Pay, a timeline block (added March 2026), an MCP connector for Claude and a ChatGPT app. If your old reason for leaving was one of those, it may not be a reason anymore.
Where the two still differ
• No public REST API on HoneyBook; Zenvents360 has one on every plan
• No music planning, equipment inventory, crew scheduling, subcontractors or mileage on HoneyBook
• HoneyBook Essentials stops at 2 team members, so a team of 3 or more pays $129 a month for Premium ($109 yearly)
• Our timeline blocks move together: shift the ceremony twenty minutes and everything after it follows
Who should switch
• Anyone whose events run on music: DJs, bands, ceremony musicians, and the planners who coordinate them
• Teams of three or more who would otherwise pay $129 a month for HoneyBook Premium
• Anyone who carries gear, schedules crew or bills for travel
If you work alone and HoneyBook runs your business well, it is a good tool, and I would not push you off it.
