Your Fonts and Your Colors, All the Way to the Client Portal

Your website has a typeface. Your contracts, your invitations to a tasting, your business cards - all of it has a look you chose on purpose. Then a couple opens their planning portal and it looks like whatever software you happen to use. Zenvents360 now carries your fonts and your color through to the place your clients spend the most time with you.

Fonts: a pairing, or any Google Font

Under Preferences, an owner picks the typefaces the business uses. There are two ready-made pairings, chosen to read well at every size the product uses: Barlow Semi Condensed headings over a Roboto Slab body, or Fraunces over Instrument Sans. Or keep the platform default, which since v2.6 is Fraunces over Instrument Sans too.

If your brand already has a typeface, choose Other and type its name. Any font in the Google Fonts library works, set separately for your headings and for your body text, so a display face on the titles can sit over something plainer for paragraphs, forms and tables. Leave either one empty and that part keeps the platform default.

We host the font, so Google doesn't see your clients

The usual way to use a Google Font is to load it from Google's servers, which means every visitor's browser checks in with Google on the way. When you pick a font under Other, Zenvents360 downloads it once and serves it from our own servers instead. Your clients load it from us, on your portal and on your own portal domain if you use one.

One color, and the shades follow

You pick one brand color. The hover shade and the soft tint behind a selected item are worked out from it, so they always belong to the same color instead of drifting into a mismatched pair. In dark mode, the portal lightens your color just enough to stay readable against the dark background, rather than leaving a deep brand color unreadable on a dark button.

Your color goes where it earns its place: the buttons your clients press, the tab they are on, the box they just ticked. Everything around it stays in calm neutrals, so the portal feels like your brand without turning every surface your color. You can also set a background color and whether the portal opens light or dark before a client chooses for themselves.

Set once, everywhere it matters

An owner sets the fonts once, and the whole team sees them in the dashboard. Your clients see them in their portal, and so do the vendors and venues you share an event with. Clients cannot change them - it is your brand, not a viewer preference.

Make the portal look like you

Pick your fonts and your color in Preferences, and your clients see them the next time they open their portal.
